I think they finally confirmed that they couldn’t reasonably compete with Ford, Ram, and GM. They couldn’t even really compete against Toyota’s popularity.
So no, I think the Titan died a quiet uncared for death.

I wonder if the Armada is next.

Armada / Patrol will be safe i feel.
reasonable seller worldwide, where as the Titan was NA only

I wonder if it will live on here though. I think it is about 80% rental fleet these days. But it is so old, that alone might make it profitable.

The Armada/Patrol is better any ways.

I can count the number of current-gen Nissan Titans I’ve seen this year on one finger.
Customers clearly didn’t care.

If I’m honest I forgot they existed. I think I’ve only ever seen a couple of them here in Michigan.

To
be honest, I think I preferred the styling of the Nissan out of the ‘Big Three’....Ford
, GM and RAM have too much going on with theirs...I don’t mind RAM t
hough.

agreed, Ram styling is the best of the Detroit 3

There’s a dairy foods distribution company near me that has two identical Titans as company vehicles. They’re pretty high end ones two with a nice black on grey two tone.

There’s a house in my neighborhood that has 2 current gen Titans parked in the driveway. One stock, one jacked up.
They’re popular enough around here to be visible.

I’ll be a little sad if it dies in the US.
Nissan gave it an earnest try to compete in the truck market, and ended up with a pretty good product. It isn’t perfect, but no truck is.

Weren't these just reskinned Rams? Or did that deal fall through?

Where I’m at, I see Armadas constantly, so I doubt they’ll kill it

I’m sure the 3 people that bought one will be a bit sad

Do you live in Tennessee or next to a hertz distribution facility? :)

East TN

Near any Nissan locations? I suspect that state by far has the highest representation per capita for the brand, due to corporate.
I had an Armada as a rental in 2018. It was fun in that’s a Patrol and had that sense of occasion, but the electronics mostly seem to be from 2008, and the seats killed m y back after a few hours.

Nissan has a plant in Smyrna, but that’s Middle TN

Maybe friends and family deals, people traveling, etc? I imagine real estate is cheap enough there where traveling to seek cheap housing isn’t worth the effort.
Armada seemed to do OK here (Seattle area) in the first gen, but I seldom see later ones unless obvious rentals or the odd Infiniti variant.

Not aware of that

No, but they did use a Cummins engine in the Titan XD.
